I picked up a new gluten-free bread at my local whole foods market last week and was very pleasantly surprised at the wonderful taste and texture. It was soft, didn’t crumble and had a very hardy whole grain taste.
It is called San Juan 7-Grain made by Canyon Bakehouse (www.canyonbakehouse.com) and unlike many other frozen options, this was fresh.
In addition to it tasting delicious, unlike many other gluten-free products, this one is 100% whole grain and definitely gets my approval!
