Even though I’ve helped thousands of people over the past two decades in clinical practice, I was first diagnosed with Hashimoto’s 26 years ago. And while I’ve done all the schooling and certifications, I honestly believe that living with it myself is what makes me really good at what I do. I know what you’re going through.
Back then, I had so many symptoms and no real answers. I saw specialist after specialist – endocrinologists, gastroenterologists, neurologists – but no one was talking to each other. Everyone had a different opinion, and none of it made sense.
